Westrange Corp. [TSXV: WRC] Announces Signing Of CO2 Memorandum of Understanding With The University of Regina

Mr. Lionel Kambeitz reports that HTC Hydrogen Thermochem Corp. and the University of Regina have signed a memorandum of understanding that will allow HTC to enter into a new area of research in CO2 capture and mitigation. HTC will join the research consortium of the International Test Centre for CO2 Capture at the university.

As part of the agreement, HTC will be granted a worldwide exclusive licence, with the right to grant sublicences, for the intellectual property used for the capture, storage and destruction of CO2 related to hydrogen production from fossil fuels.

Lionel Kambeitz, chairman and chief executive officer of Westrange, comments, "This is an important new area of hydrogen production research encompassing CO2 capture, storage and destruction technologies that will give HTC's hydrogen production intellectual property a competitive advantage."
