HTC is pleased to announce that the merger with Westrange Corp. is in full swing. Upon completion of necessary regulatory documentation, we would expect this to happen within the next 60 days. The signing ceremonies between HTC and Westrange happened on June 24th, 2004 at the Rotunda centre at the University of Regina (see pictures attached). Canada's Finance Minister - Ralph Goodale was in attendance to congratuate HTC and Westrange for the important work they are doing on energy and the environoment. Jeff Allison - President of HTC, spoke about HTC's accomplishments during the year. Lionel Kambeitz - Chairman and CEO of Westrange, spoke about the present and future of the world hydrogen industry.
