HTC Hydrogen Technologies Corp. (dba “HTC Purenergy”) Commercialization update

Regina, Saskatchewan - HTC Purenergy is pleased to announce that it is achieving its financial and commercialization objectives as outlined in it’s recently released annual report. The primary objectives outlined in this report are:

  • Development of a commercialization team in China
  • Expansion of commercialization in the United States with industry strategic partnerships
  • Expanded Enhanced Oil Recovery/CO2 capture initiatives through additional commercial engineering staff
  • Demonstration and commercialization of HTC’s technologies in Australia.
  • Appointment of the position of Chief Technology Officer

We update our status on these objectives as follows:

  • HTC’s commercial representation in China has been achieved through a joint venture with the Buckingham Group with established offices in Beijing China.
  • HTC is involved in advanced negotiations with United States based industry strategic partners involved in CO2 capture infrastructure, enhanced oil recovery and storage.
  • HTC has engaged enhanced oil recovery engineers who will be dedicated to developing enhanced oil recovery projects requiring CO2
  • HTC is completing the engineering and design of commercial production units for delivery to Australia
  • HTC has appointed Dr. Ahmed Aboudheir as its Chief Technology Officer and please to announce that Dr. Aboudheir has recently been awarded the Government of Saskatchewan Centennial Medal for leadership and outstanding achievements

The company reports there are no adverse material changes affecting the ability of the Corporation to meet its financial and operational objectives.
