HTC Hydrogen Technologies Corp. (“HTC Purenergy”) announces the launch of commercial marketing operations

Regina , Saskatchewan – HTC Purenergy announced today the launch of the HTC Purenergy commercial marketing operations. The Purenergy “Carbon Clear Solutions” product offer includes: CO 2 capture, CO 2 storage, and Hydrogen Production technologies. This product offer will be presented initially to power utilities, energy companies and large industrial CO 2 emitters requiring carbon management solutions. Preliminary responses from these industry groups in Australia, Canada, United States and Britain have been favourable and very encouraging.

A Middle East marketing strategy will be rolled out in conjunction with a key note speech Mr. Lionel Kambeitz, Chairman and CEO will be making at the January 2006 Libyan Energy Conference.

In addition, HTC Purenergy is pleased to report that some of its most recently developed hydrogen production technology will be published in the International Journal of Hydrogen. This journal is well respected and internationally recognized by industry and academia.
