Lionel Kambeitz - Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and Director Lionel Kambeitz is an internationally recognized expert in Business Development, Marketing and Business Relations. Prior to joining HTC in 1996, Mr. Kambeitz was elected chairman and president of a Canadian manufacturing association and has played a founding role in several other Canadian and United States based private companies, as well as Canadian based public companies. Previously Mr. Kambeitz also has executive experience in a variety of industries including agriculture, environment, engineering, large scale industry and financial services.

Jeff Allison - Senior Vice President and Director Jeff Allison serves as Senior Vice-President, Chief Financial Officer and Director for HTC Purenergy. Mr. Allison has over 20 years of experience in Corporate Finance and business development. Prior to joining HTC in 2005, Mr. Allison assisted with the founding and setup of CUCORP Financial Services, where he served as the Associate Vice President. Mr. Allison is a graduate of the University of Calgary with a Bachelor of Commerce Degree.

Wayne Bernakevitch - Independent Director Wayne Bernakevitch is a senior partner with the law firm of McDougall Gauley LLP, the largest law firm in Saskatchewan. With over 25 years of experience, Wayne specializes in Corporate, Commercial and Business Law. Mr. Bernakevitch is the past President of the Regina and District Chamber of Commerce and remains actively involved with the Chamber. He sits on numerous local and national boards and is a member of the Law Society of Saskatchewan and the Canadian Bar Association. Mr. Bernakevitch was elected to the HTC Board in 1996. |
James F. Rybchuk, Q.C. - Independent Director
James Rybchuk is a partner with McDougall Gauley LLP. Mr. Rybchuk advises and serves on the Board of Directors of many diverse public and private corporations and organizations. He is an Adjunct Professor of Law at the University of Regina, in Saskatchewan. Mr. Rybchuk was elected to the HTC Board in 2006

Richard Dennis - Independent Director Richard. Dennis is Director of Research and Development for Doosan Babcock Energy Ltd. Mr. Dennis is a Chartered Engineer with a 28 years track record in the energy industry. Richard has a degree in engineering from Leeds University and an MBA from Cranfield Business School. Mr. Dennis was named to the HTC Purenergy's Board of Directors in 2008. |
