Lionel Kambeitz - Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and Director
Lionel Kambeitz is an internationally recognized expert in Business Development, Marketing and Business Relations. Prior to joining HTC in 1996, Mr. Kambeitz was elected chairman and president of a Canadian manufacturing association and has played a founding role in several other Canadian and United States based private companies, as well as Canadian based public companies. Previously Mr. Kambeitz also has executive experience in a variety of industries including agriculture, environmental, engineering, large scale industrial and financial services.

Jeff Allison - Senior Vice President and Director
Jeff Allison serves as Senior Vice-President, Chief Financial Officer and Canadian Director for HTC Purenergy. Mr. Allison has 20 years of experience in Corporate Finance and business development. Prior to joining HTC in 2005, Mr. Allison assisted with the founding and setup of CUCORP Financial Services, where he served as the Associate Vice President. Mr. Allison is a graduate of the University of Calgary with a Bachelor of Commerce Degree.

Thor McDonald - Vice President & Director of Project Integration
Mr. McDonald's expertise comes from decades of progressively responsible positions in manufacturing and maintenance in a variety of engineering environments. Having served as a Divisional Director of Engineering Services and Engineering Manager respectively in Canada and the USA for the former IPSCO, Thor is well versed in Engineering Management, Project Engineering Management, Contract Development & Negotiation, and Maintenance Engineering. Thor is a graduate of the British Columbia Institute of Technology and was appointed as a Vice President for HTC Purenergy in 2008.

Dr. Ahmed Aboudheir - Chief Technology Officer
Dr. Ahmed Aboudheir was appointed as Chief Technology Officer (CTO) for HTC Purenergy Inc in 2006. Dr. Aboudheir's expertise is in modeling and simulation of complex chemical processes, design/optimization of solvents and optimum design of CO2 capture systems and reactors. Dr. Aboudheir is an adjunct Professor at the University of Regina Engineering Department. He has a BSc. and MSc. in Chemical Engineering, and a Ph.D. in Industrial Systems Engineering. He received the Government of Saskatchewan Commemorative Medal for the Centennial of Saskatchewan in 2006.

Graeme Lynch - Chief Commercial Officer
Graeme Lynch is an experienced executive in managing the development and commercialization of new technologies. Over the past five years Mr Lynch has held senior executive position with HTC Purenergy and is highly regarded in the commercial development of CO2 mitigation technologies. Graeme is a graduate of Auckland University, in New Zealand with a Bachelor of Commerce Degree.
