Regina, Saskatchewan - HTC Purenergy (“HTC”) today announced that it has completed a comprehensive CO 2 capture; engineering and costing evaluation on the construction of a 420 megawatt CO 2 capture power generator facility in Norway. HTC is utilizing technologies developed by the International Test Center for CO 2 capture at the University of Regina, the PSR line of designer solvents, along with subcontracted plant costing by Bechtel Power Corporation (“Bechtel”), the world’s largest power plant builder.
